Half upfront upon confirmation message that war has officially declared and will be live within 24 hours is none negotiable. Extra Weeks of war will cost extra as well as if that corporation enters and alliance during the war period. Post what you would like seen done about the corporation that is being declared war upon, i.e Asset Denial, Disbanment, Ransomed until broke, Damage inflicted.
